1. Originality of Content

• The participant confirms that the submitted content (performance, video, audio, script, or spoken material) is completely original.
• The content must not infringe upon any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.
• Plagiarised, copied, AI-generated, or previously published content may lead to immediate disqualificationat any stage.

2. Language Requirement

• All submitted and performed content must be in Marathi language.
• Any deviation from the language guideline may result in rejection.

3. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

• By submitting content, the participant irrevocably grants Marathi Moodfull rights to:
• Use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, distribute, and promote the submitted content
• Use the content across digital, print, broadcast, and social media platforms
• This includes posting selected performances on:
• Bola Marathi official platforms
• Marathi Mood platforms, of which Bola Marathi is an official extension and sub-brand
• No separate compensation shall be claimed for such usage beyond prizes (if awarded) and recognition.

4. Branding & Promotion

• The organisers reserve the right to use participant names, photographs, videos, and performance clips for:
• Event promotion
• Marketing communication
• Archival and documentary purposes

5. Jury & Decision Rights

• The decision of the judges and organising committee shall be final and binding.
• No correspondence or dispute regarding scores, shortlisting, or results shall be entertained.

6. Disqualification Rights

• The organisers reserve the right to disqualify any participant if:
• Content is found to be non-original or offensive
• False information is provided during registration
• Any terms and conditions are violated

7. Event Modifications

• Marathi Mood reserves the right to:
• Modify event structure, timelines, or rules
• Change judges, venue, or format due to unforeseen circumstances

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Marathi Mood and Bola Marathi shall not be responsible for:
• Technical failures during submission
• Loss of data due to internet or platform issues
• Any personal injury or loss during the event

9. Acceptance of Terms

• Submission of the registration form and content implies full acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.

These terms are subject to change at the discretion of Marathi Mood / Bola Marathi organisers.
